Personal Use License Agreement:

The Personal Use License Agreement applies to anyone that uses our content and supports us at the Boopster Tier (Or Lower) on Patreon. This license also applies to those that do not support us on Patreon and use our publicly available content (clearly marked as "Free"), or content sold on other platforms with the Personal Use License Agreement attached (Clearly labelled in the description of the product). 

You may print and use content such as maps, tokens, or assets at home for your personal tabletop games.

You may also use our content online in virtual tabletops such as Roll20, Fantasy Grounds, or Foundry VTT. 

You may use our content to create non-profit products; free adventures, settings, campaigns, and worlds or articles on sites such as World Anvil.

Credit must be included in any instance of the content being used.

All PeaPu content, unless specifically stated as licensed content, is and will remain the property of PeaPu.


Limited Commercial Use Agreement

The Small Commercial Use Agreement in this context is applied to anyone that supports us at the Boopnessman Tier (Or higher) on Patreon. 

As soon as you subscribe to the Boopnessman Tier (Or higher) on our Patreon the Small Commercial Use Agreement applies to any product you then create with our content going forwards.

If at any time you end your pledge to the Boopnessman Tier (Or higher) on Patreon you may not produce any new products using our content. Older products created while you were a Boopnessman Tier (Or higher) patron remain covered under this agreement.

With the Small Commercial Use Agreement, You may use any content that you have access to, both free content (Clearly labeled as “Free”) and exclusive (Clearly labeled as “Full”) in commercial products. Anything made in small quantities by an individual or small business (i.e. websites, online articles, modules, adventures, settings, etc..) is covered under this agreement.

You can use our content in almost all projects related to tabletop roleplaying games. This includes but is not limited to; modules, adventures, campaigns, books, etc.. sold on sites such as the DM’s Guild, DrivethruRPG, etc...

Credit must be included in any instance of the content being used.


All PeaPu content, unless specifically stated as licensed content is and will remain the property of PeaPu.

Third-party Commercial Use
The work you create using our assets is yours. You may pass on a commercial license of your own to third parties. However, third parties may not resell your work 'as is' and must include it as part of a larger project.
(e.g. You can sell your map to a third-party who may then sell a book containing the map or an adventure module.
They cannot resell  your map. In order to do so, they would have to be subscribed to our Boopnessman Tier and have your permission to sell your work in such a way. )

Credit must still be given to us by the third-party.
(e.g. Map 'X' made by 'MapMaker69' using "PeaPu" assets.)

Streaming & Youtube 

You may use any free or exclusive content from the Boop tier (Or higher) or from the Patreon in general that you have access to, on streaming services such as Twitch or Youtube, etc. 

Restrictions

Both the commercial and free agreements cover the majority of the content use you might require, however, there are a number of restrictions to the use of our content that these agreements DO NOT cover.


You are NOT authorized to use ANY content for redistribution in part or whole for FREE or FOR SALE as art displays or part of an art collection, for print-on-demand designs, or mass distribution/production. 


These agreements and the Small Commercial Use Agreement specifically DOES NOT apply to ANY crowdfunding campaigns in any way, this includes small Kickstarters. 


In addition, If you are running a larger business (a larger business, in this case, is a company making over $25,000 annually) you ARE NOT authorized to use any of our content and the above content use agreements do not apply.

If you wish to produce any products such as, but is not limited to books, modules, adventures or campaigns that include our content, please discuss it with us first to get permission or an individualized license.

If you wish to discuss any of the above restrictions with us, want to work out either a paid license to use our content, or our permission then please contact us through the Patreon Messaging system or another platform.
